DESCRIPTION

Body Rock Breaking, are sessions that are based on dynamic moves you want. In this class we will show you formulas that will guide you to master the moves more effectively. With strategic training and advance coaching techniques, we will help you double your results. Each session is design to target on rhythm, Top rock, foundation, footwork flow, transitions, power moves and tricks that you desire.
